From a scale of 1-5, 5 being great, I give Mai a 500! I have never met a harder worker with more cheer and genuine goodwill toward her clients. Mai has an exceptional quality of care and kindness that she freely doles out to everyone she works with. Her patience with the frustrations of a sudden move, and her grace and compassion during a hectic and confusing time were amazing gifts to our family. She brought in additional help to finish up the job, and her choice of associates highlighted the sweetness of her soul and ability to pick great people to staff her company.
I liked knowing that we were finding the best solutions to a number of problems that I would never have been able to solve on my own. Mai located jewelry dealers, antique dealers, an auction house, a specialized shipping company, shredding options and donation location. She totally streamlined this overwhelming process. It took so much strain and burden off me when I realized that all I had to do was ask Mai what to do!
